250g flour
1 tbs sugar
1 egg, mixed
400 cc evaporated milk
½ tsp salt
30g margarine, melted
100g refined sugar
1 tsp yeast.
How to cook:
1) Mix evenly the egg, milk, and salt. Set aside.
2)
Mix the yeast, sugar, and flour. Pour in egg mixture
while you stir it slowly.
3)
Add in melt margarine, stir it well. Chill it until
cold.
4) Heat the Pofertjes mold, spread with margarine. Pour in
dough into mold until half full. Wait until It’s done.
5) Serve it hot and don’t forget to sprinkle it with
refined sugar.
Red Bean Toast
10 slices bread
3 tbs parmesan cheese
SAUCE:
1 can red
bean
1 clove red onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
100g minced meat
125g tomato sauce
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
250 cc water
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp basil
How to cook:
1) Toast the bread, and then cut it into circle.
2) Sauté red onion and garlic. Add in minced meat, stir
it.
3)
Add in red bean, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar.
Stir it.
4) Pour in water. Cook the sauce until it looks gravy. Put
in oregano and basil, stir it.
5) Serve it with toast bread and sprinkle it with parmesan
cheese.
Roast
Veggie Baguette
½
baguette, split into two
1 red paprika
1 zucchini
4 slices pumpkin
Olive oil
2 tbs mayonnaise
10 leaves basil
Mozzarella cheese
How
to cook:
1) Put all of the vegetables in a bowl. Spatter it with
olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then roast it in 150°C oven until the vegetables are well done.
2) Spread the baguette with mayonnaise. Add in basil
leaves, roasted vegetables, and cheese.
3) Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
4) Serve it soon.
Smoked
Ham
Sandwich
2 slices bread
2 tomatoes, sliced
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 tbs thyme, rosemary,
minced
100g mushroom
4 slices smoked ham
How to cook:
1) Spatter tomatoes with olive oil. Add in salt, pepper,
thyme, and rosemary. Roast it in oven for 30 minutes.
2)
Sauté mushroom with 1 tbs olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
3)
Heat the pan and cook each side of smoked ham for 1
minute. Meanwhile, toast the bread and keep it warm.
4) Take one slice of bread. Put smoked ham, tomato slice,
and mushroom inside of it.
5) Serve it with tomato and chili sauce.
Chicken

100g chicken breast
(fillet)
½ cup chicken stock
1 tbs mayonnaise
2 slices lettuces
1 clove onion, minced
½ avocado
3 tbs tomato salsa
½ cup cheese, grated
How to cook:
1)
Boil the chicken stock for 6-8 minutes. Drain it and
chill it.
2)
Put burrito on a plate, spread the center with
mayonnaise.
3) Put lettuce on top of it and the other ingredients in
the middle of burrito.
4) Then roll
it and slice into 2 pieces, Serve it.
