Roast Spring Lamb
1000g spring lamb
2 tbs black pepper
3 cloves garlic, bruised
Olive oil
How to cook:
1) Spread
the lamb with olive oil. Sprinkle he meat with bruised garlic and
blackpepper.
2) Roast
it in oven for 1½ hour.
3) Serve
it immediately.
Teriyaki
Salmon
5 slices salmon
2 tbs honey
2 tbs chili sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tbs teriyaki sauce
1 tbs soysauce
Blackpepper
Rosemary
How to cook:
1)
Put
all of the cooking spices in a bowl, stir it.
2)
Put
in salmon in a cooking spice mixture bowl, so the salmon will get wrap
with cooking spices.
3)
Wrap
the salmon with plastic, and wait for several hours. So the salmon will
absorb the cooking spices.
4) For
each side roast it for 2-3 minutes, until it’s done.
5) Serve
it hot.
Chicken
Roasted and Potatoes
1 kg potatoes, diced
1,5 kg chicken
1 red onion, sliced
1 tbs rosemary and
oregano leaves
Blackpepper and salt
2 tbs olive oil
10
cloves garlic
How to cook:
1)
Boil
the potatoes for 5 minutes. Drain it.
2) Put
the potatoes, chicken, onion slices, and rosemary, and oregano leaves in a
baking dish.
3) Season
with salt and blacpepper. Splash it with olive oil. And sprinkle it with
garlic. Mix it all together.
4)
Bake
it in a 200°C
oven for about 80 minnutes. Or until it looks gold and crisp.
5) Serve
it hot.
Matador
Beef Ribs
1,5 kg beef ribs
2 cloves garlic, bruised
250 cc water
40 g brown sugar
SAUCE
2 cloves garlic, bruised
6 tomatoes, sliced
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs oregano leaves and
rosemary
3 tbs
blacpepper
1 tbs olive oil
2 tbs jalapeno
How to cook:
1) Put
water, brown sugar, and garlic in a boiling pan, stir it. Add in beef
ribs.
2) Boil
it until it’s well done for about 40 minutes. Take it out, set aside.
3) For
the sauce:
Saute garlic with olive oil. Put in tomatoes, sugar, jalapeno, oregano,
rosemary, blacpepper. Boil it for 5 minutes.
4)
Roast
it while you splash it with the sauce for 15 minutes.
5) Serve
it with sauce.
Roasted
Fillet Salmon
5 slices fillet salmon
2 tbs lemonade squeeze
2 red onion, sliced
½ tbs oregano leaves
Olive oil
Blackpepper
How to cook:
1) Put
all of the cooking spices in a bowl and stir it.
2) Put
in fillet salmon in a cooking spices mixture. Leave it for 20 minutes.
3) Roast
it for 2-3 minutes for each side.
4) Serve
it immediately.
