DAY 1   DAY 2  

Breakfast
Oaty Treaty
Soak 1/2 cup of rolled oats and 10 sultanas in apple juice. Add low-fat yogurt raw almonds.

Lunch
Japanese Sushi
8 pieces of sushi served with green salad and miso soup.

Dinner
Baked Trout
Stuff the trout with slices of lemon and fresh herbs and bake it. Stri fry mixed veggies with olive oil. Serve the trout with steamed rice.

Snack
1/2 chocolate muffin

Breakfast
Easter Buns
Heated hot cross bun with small sliced banana. Small glass of orange juice.

Lunch
Tuna Salad
Mix together 2 cups torn salad leaves with tuna and small piece of feta cheese. Serve with wholewheat bread.

Dinner
Lemonade Roast Lamb
Chunk sweet potato, spray with olive oil and season it. Bake for about30 minutes. Serve with lamb and salad. Finish with squeeze of lemonade.

Snack
1 chocolate truffle

DAY 3   DAY 4

Breakfast
Avocado & Salmon Sandwich
Toast a multigrain bread and top with 2 slices avocado, 2 slices smoked salmon, sliced toamtoes.

Lunch
Prawn noodle salad
Serve salad with fruits; oranges and peaches.

Dinner  
Veggies Lasagna
Serve with large salad and 2 slices of italian bread. Finish with 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream.

Snack
1 cup of low-fat yogurt.

Breakfast
Egg Toast
Boil an omega-3 egg and sreve with a toast and light butter. Small glass of fresh orange juice.

Lunch
Cheese & Ham Roll Bread
Fill in a bread roll with 2 slices of lean ham, swiss cheese, tomato,lettuce. Flavour with mustard. Finish with fresh orange juice.

Dinner  
Tartare Fish
Serve the fish with baked potato, steamed broccoli, and steamed baby corn.

Snack
20 g raw mixed nuts

DAY 5   DAY 6  

Breakfast
Fruit Crunch
Top a cup of fruit salad with low-fat yogurt and sprinkle it with raw almonds.

Lunch
Toast Sardines
Toast 1 slice of bread and grill 6 small sardines. Top the toast with sliced tomatoes, cucumber.

Dinner
Beef & Bean Chili
1 cup of steamed rice topped with 1 cup of beef and bean chili. Sprinkle it with parmesan cheese. Serve it with green salad. Finish it with a low-fat chocolate mousse.

Snack
1/2 muesli bar 

Breakfast
Cereal Lover
1/2 cup breakfasy cereal flakes and 200 ml skim milk. Top with a small banana and strawberry sliced.

Lunch
Veggies Soup
Large bowl of vegetables soup, a medium size of bread roll and 30g cheddar cheese. Finish with mini chocolate easter egg.

Dinner
BBQ Chicken
Barbeque a medium chicken breast and serve it with eggplant, 2 boiled potatoes, and green salad.

Snack
2 scoops of low-fat chocolate ice cream

DAY 7   The Analysis of Nutrition

Breakfast
Oats
1 cup of oatmeal and 1 slice of wholegrain bread toast .

Lunch
Aparagus and Mushroom Rolls
Fill in the filo pastry with tomatoes, red onion, vinegar, parsley, asparagus, and mushroom.

Dinner
Spinach Fettuccine
Serve the fettuccine with low fat ricotta cheese and 1/2 tsp of pine nuts.

Snack
1 slice toast topped with chocolate jam.
