 Banana Yogurt

 1 medium banana 
  4 tbs plain yogurt
  ½ tbs raisin 
  ½ tbs low calorie strawberry jam
  ½ cup milk
  2 tbs cornflake
  1 tsp sugar

    How to cook :

1)   Put banana on the plate; mix it with yogurt, jam, raisin, and cornflake.
2)   Then serve it.

 

 Passion Fruit Banana Delight

 4 bananas  
 4 passion fruit
 4 oranges, juiced
 2 scoops low-fat ice cream

    How to cook :

1)      Pre heat oven to 180° C. Slice bananas into pieces and place in a baking dish. Drizzle with passion fruit and  orange juice. 
2)      Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or microwave for 3 minutes on high or pan cook for 5 minutes on high heat.
3)      Place bananas onto dessert plates, spoon over ice cream, and serve it immediately.

 

 Strawberry Sorbet

 1 lt water
 3 tbs lemonade
 200 g sugar
 50 g strawberry

    How to cook :

1)      Boil water, sugar, and strawberry.
2)      Blend it all.
3)      Mix it with lemonade water.
4)      Freeze it for 2 hours then stir it.
5)      Serve it in the glass.

 

 Grapefruit Crush

 3 pink grapefruits
 6 tbs honey
 275 cc apple juice

    How to cook :

1)      Halve the grapefruit, scoop out all the flesh. And chop the flesh.
2)      Boil the juice with honey and apple juice for 10 minutes. 
3)      Mix it all.
4)      Freeze it for 4 hours and serve immediately.

 

 Oranggo Mouse

 350 cc mango juice
 5 egg yolk
 75 g sugar
 1 tbs gelatin
 50 cc hot water
 1½ tbs grandmanire
 mandarin orange
 mint leaves

    How to cook:

1)   Boil the gelatin with the hot water. Set aside.
2)   Whip egg yolk with sugar. Pour in gelatin, grandmanire, and mango juice into one place, and then stir it.
3)   Put in the glass and freeze it.
4)   Serve with mandarin orange and mint leaves.
