 Appetizer 


 Broccoli cream soup  

 1 tbs margarine
 ˝ brown onion, chopped
 2 clove garlic, chopped
 50 g flour
 4 cups milk
 2 sausages, sliced
 100 g broccoli, sliced
 Salt and pepper

   How to cook:

1)       Melt the margarine and sauté the onion. Pour in flour and stir it. Set aside.
2)       Mix with milk and stir it.
 

 

 Papaya Cream Soup

 1 tbs margarine
 2 cloves garlic, bruised
  50g brown onion, diced
  1000 cc water
 400g raw papaya, peeled and shaved
 250 cc plain soy milk
 ˝ tsp salt
 ˝ tsp nutmeg powder
 1 tsp corriander powder
  ˝ tsp chili powder
  2 tbs cheddar cheese, grated

   How to cook:

1)        Melt the margarine, saute garlic and red onion.
2)        Add in water and papaya. Cook it for 15 minutes.
3)        Mix it with soymilk. Blend it until smooth.
4)        Add in salt, nutmeg powder, corriander powder, and chili powder.  

 

 Tomato, Mozzarella, and Basil Salad

 250g mozzarella
  4 large tomatoes
  Fresh basil leaves
  Extra virgin oil
  Salt

How to cook:

1)      Cut the tomatoes into even slices, and place on a platter. Top each slice with a basil leaf.
2)      Slice the mozzarella and place one piece on each tomato slice.
3)      Season with salt and drizzle a little oil over the top. 
4)      Chill it first and then servr it immediately.   

 

 Honey and Plum Soup

 25g plum
 2 cups orange juice
 2 tbs honey
 3 tbs calamondin juice

    GARNISH

 30g tangerine, sliced
 20g plum, sliced
 10g berries

    How to cook:

1)        Put all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into the pan, then boil it.
2)       
Stir it for 2-3 minutes, wait until it’s boiled. And then take it and serve it with the garnish.  

 

 Huzarensla                        

 50 g asparagus
 2 carrots, sliced
 50 g beet, sliced
 1 cucumber, sliced and diced
 1 lettuce leaves
 Pineapple, sliced and diced
 Egg white, boiled and sliced

    For Sauce:

 2 boiled egg, yolk only
 2 tbs lemon juice                   
 50 cc olive oil                        
 Salt, pepper, sugar 

    How to cook:

1)       For making sauce, mix egg yolk with salt, pepper, lemonade juice, and olive oil, stir it.
2)       Serve all the ingredients with lettuce and the sauce.
