Corn Cheese Soup
2
tbs margarine
1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 brown onion, chopped
4 tbs flour
3 cups milk
½ can sweet corn
50 g cheese, grated
Sausages, sliced
1 ounce boiled
chicken, chopped
2 tbs leek, celery
Salt, pepper, sugar,
nutmeg
How to cook :
1)
Melt the margarine and sauté
the onion. Pour in flour and stir it. Set aside.
2)
Mix the milk with all
ingredients.
3)
Sprinkle the leek and celery
on top of it.
4)
Serve it hot.
Spinach
Salad

tbs red wine vinegar
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp soy sauce
250 g button mushroom
100 g spinach leaves
½ small red onion, sliced
50 g low fat cheese, crumble
How to cook:
1)
Combine red wine vinegar,
lemon juice, and soy sauce, mushroom. Set aside.
2)
Combine remaining
ingredients.
3)
Stir through mushroom and
toss well.
4)
Serve as a salad.

g pasta, boiled
½ cup sweet corn
½ cup sweet peas
1 red paprika, sliced
1 cabbage, half boiled
4 tbs thousand Island dressing
How to cook :
1)
Serve all the ingredients in one plate, and pour the sauce on
top
of it.
Sweet
Pumpkin And Carrot Soup
1 brown onion, chopped
2 clove garlic
½ pumpkin
2 potatoes, peeled and
cut roughly
2 carrots cut roughly
1 celery stick
2 tbs brown sugar
2 tsp curry powder
2 lt chicken stock
Salt and pepper
How to cook :
1)
Heat a large saucepan. Spray
with cooking oil.
2)
Sauté onion and garlic for
1 minute.
3)
Add pumpkin, potato, carrot,
celery stick, brown sugar, and curry powder. Sauté for 2 minute.
4)
Pour in chicken stock and
boil.
5)
Season with salt and pepper.
6)
Serve it hot.
Fruit Salad
200g apple, sliced and diced
250 g red grape
2 sunkists orange
250 g lemon, sliced
and diced
For Sauce :
150
cc mayonnaise
30 g cream cheese
½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
How to cook :
1)
Mix all ingredients and
serve with sauce.
